Mentoring and training were the highlights of the engagement and played a key factor in the success of the transformation. Utilizing workforce development, business analysis and lean sigma tools were key factors of the improvements. Assisting the client review and select the proper software that was easy to use and scaleable enough for future growth increased accountability within the staff and decreased the amount of damage claims within the first 3 months.
This particular client was in the process of growth and needed a systematic way to overcome the small business barriers that were limiting the business ability to keep revenues moving north and implement strategies to expand into new markets.
We were contracted to assess the current operation and help develop a clear plan that the entire team could execute internally and in the field. Our team was able to quickly re-align the business goals and communicate with the staff the need for change. The results were easily measureable as the revenues increased, staff improved, processes identified core competencies and new target markets. Other roles included:
